In a setting where laughter and smiles are only seen in the face 

  bruises of the heart are bandaged with fake smile

 There is right but the heart lost its freedom when you chose to hold it all in. 

  it's world against yours who will know 

It begins to eats you from within 

  you wonder why your own self is against you 

  why can't you support me on this?

I just want to be normal again but you can only achieve that by accepting 

  you can't lie to your self no more says the heart this once it was left to speak
