Ideally Scripting

To write is to create, to bring to life from the depths of imagination and to paint pictures in script, print if you will. If I were to write to life a world for writers, my first stop would be good chairs. Not too hard, not too soft, just the right cushioning to support the bones as the writer turns around in contemplation of their creation. Just like how the tales of writers differ, no chair would be the same, uniquely crafted for each unique writer.

Good chairs need to be paired with only the finest tables. Individually, meeting the needs of every writer, suitable for their heights, completely adjustable to rotate at angles that can promote ease of use. A table grounds the writer, providing support to the base of their work and represents the writer's support, the people and places that have encouraged the writer's journey. As such, writers should get tables that are carved out with the story of their journey, so they never forget.

Lastly, the instrument of craft. Although many 21st century writers are used to utilizing technological tools to create digital versions of their work, some writers on the other hand are very fond of the good old script with a paper and pen while others like the rhythmic melody the typewriter sings. The tool is a manifestation of the writer's identity. In my world of ideal scripting, every writer would be given a tool that perfectly translated their imagination into words. No writer would ever have to struggle to express themselves, or find themselves in a state of limbo qualities, writer's block.

What I find very fascinating is how possible all of this is and I hope to write a world like this into history one day.
