RELAPSE 

My feet snapping twigs ,

Running into the forest ,

Passing the trees with outmost speed,

Panting,

Crying ,

Helpless but I must survive.

I can hear his feet touching ground ,

Grunting ,

Angry yet chasing me still ,

“There’s no use “,he says ,

I turned to look at him , yet he kept on chasing me,

I didn’t reply ,

All I want is to survive.

“You will comeback to me “ he laughs , 

“Never “ I reply,

“I’m a sin you never gave up on “ he screams ,

“Your a sin I’m trying to get rid off “ I correct him,

“How long will take my dear ?” He smiles 

“1 year?,”

2 years ?,”

“3 years ?”

Or 4 ? , should I keep counting because I know there’s more ?. Made a sinister laugh at me .

“The Lord above knows of your doing ,

Embrace me already let’s have a new beginning!”

I halt at his statement,

Angering me in the process,

“If I should embrace you then that’s my end ,

End of my efforts ,

End of my hope ,

End of my dreams to remove you from my plot !,

Disappear from me this instance ,

I hate oh sin!”

A smile reaches his eyes ,

Bright red and dark horns ,

Wings spreading out widely ,

 I summoned the beast indeed ,

“But no one comes back to me like you do firdausi “.
