Amb. Nwankwo Emmanuel Borngreat is a leading Education Reform Advocate and Lead Consultant of Global Teachers Assembly, a position he assumed in 2023 after two years of impactful volunteer service. GTA is now active in 20 countries across Africa.

For nearly two decades, he has worked in classrooms and boardrooms to strengthen Africa’s education system. Under his leadership, GTA conferences and trainings have equipped over 9,000 educators with skills, structure, and voice.

He is the Convener of World Changers Conference and Host of several state Colloquiums for teachers. His work centres on one belief: “No nation rises above the quality of its teachers. If we fix teachers, we fix Nigeria.”

His excellence has been recognized globally. He was named Consultant of the Year 2024 and received the Outstanding Educator Award 2023, by the Global Education Awards. Amb. Nwankwo is a sought-after speaker at international education summits.
