They say people respond to love, 

Why then do you hurriedly repel mine?

You are open to anything else but the thought of you and i in matching outfits, 

It's okay for us to make out in dark places as long as i don't talk to you about being in love,

It's just fine until the light comes on.

I guess that's the only form of connection we will ever share,
